TICKETS: $10 – Plaza students pay only $5 and non-Plaza students pay $10 with ID. Purchase by phone or in person at Plaza, or buy through Brown Paper Tickets.
DETAILS: For each concert, doors open at 7:00 PM. Music starts promptly at 7:30 PM. Food, drinks, artisan crafts and artwork for sale. Parking is available on nearby streets and lots. Generously underwritten by the Creative Connections Fund of The James Irvine Foundation.
ABOUT PLAZA DE LA RAZA: Plaza de la Raza is the only multidisciplinary cultural arts and educational center dedicated to serving the communities of East Los Angeles. Founded in 1970 by prominent labor, business and civic leaders as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, it provides affordable after-school programs in arts education to nearly 25,000 children and youth each year. In addition, Plaza presents more than 500 classes annually (beginning to advanced) taught by local artists and performers in theater, dance, music and the visual arts.
